Our philosophy starts with the simple belief that kids are capable of incredible things. Our job is to nurture that ability; our goal is to support kids' healthy development. Play is how kids learn--here, it is in both a STEM-rich environment and inviting outdoor experience.

March is Women’s History Month! Join us as we learn about women who have made important contributions throughout history to the fields of science, math and art. Uncover the significant discoveries of women, past and present, in the fields of biomedicine and biochemistry. Rosalind Franklin worked on DNA in the 1950’s, paving the way for scientists like Lataisia Jones. Honor these women’s work by making strawberry DNA necklaces and other DNA-inspired creations.
SMART Gals (Science, Math, Art): Women in Biomedicine and Biochemistry is made possible in part by a #GenderEquityGrant from @ScienceCenters and @IfThenSheCan.
