Our philosophy starts with the simple belief that kids are capable of incredible things. Our job is to nurture that ability; our goal is to support kids' healthy development. Play is how kids learn--here, it is in both a STEM-rich environment and inviting outdoor experience.

March is Women’s History Month! Join us as we learn about women who have made important contributions throughout history to the fields of science, math and art. Uncover the significant discoveries of women, past and present, in the field of environmental science. Learn about Beatrix Potter and Rae Wynn-Grant who lived over 100 years apart but both have a love and deep interest in the natural world. Look at examples of nature journals and make your own to bring home and start a sketch or two from the world around you.
SMART Gals (Science, Math, Art): Women in Environmental Science is made possible in part by a #GenderEquityGrant from @ScienceCenters and @IfThenSheCan.
