Join us as we learn about women who have made important contributions throughout history to the fields of science, math and art. Learn about the work of chemist Helen Tran. Tran has spent over a decade curious about the role of design and architecture in chemistry, and researches how to make electronics stretchable and recyclable. In today’s program, discover the wonders of chemistry as we tinker about with common household ingredients. Will you design a powerful potion or a glob of gummy goop? Either way, we'll have fun mixing up some experiments, observing chemical reactions, and making creative concoctions.

This program is made possible in part by a #GenderEquityGrant from @ScienceCenters and @IfThenSheCan.
